Cancel and Return Policy


The delivery time of all orders will be notified to you after the order is received. If this time period is not suitable for you, you can cancel your order.

Our company is not responsible for the costs and delays caused by the cargo companies.

Change and Return

You can exchange or return any product you have purchased from our website within 7 days of the delivery of your order.

How to return your order
1.All items must be sent back to our us in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
2.The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.
3. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.  
4. Then you should contact DHL and state that this is a product that you have received and that you want to be returned in the same way. You can drop your parcel off or have it collected. Please check with DHL in your area for details of this.
5. The recipients name, address and content on the return invoice must have the same recipients name, address and content on the invoice when the product reaches you. If there is a difference in these parts or if a different name and content is written, the product will not be delivered to us and your reimbursement can not be made.
6.  Please sign the commercial invoice and ensure proforma invoice and return label are attached to the outside of the package. Return label will provide by DHL. 
7. Please pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
8.Please share Tracking number of your return with us once you deliver it to the DHL. Otherwise we will not be able to track and receive the shipment.
