You can exchange or return any product you have purchased from our website within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
How to return your order
*All items must be sent back to our us in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
*The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalized for you.
*You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
*We will create a return shipping label for you after your approval and share it with you. Then you should contact DHL regarding your return. You can drop your parcel off or have it collected. Please check with DHL in your area for details of this.
*The recipients name, address and content on the return invoice must have the same recipients name, address and content on the invoice when the product reaches you. If there is a difference in these parts or if a different name and content is written, the product will not be delivered to us and your reimbursement can not be made.
*Please sign the commercial invoice and ensure proforma invoice and return label are attached to the outside of the package.
*Please pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
*Please kindly let us know once you deliver the return item to the DHL. Otherwise we will not be able to track and receive the shipment.
*Return shipping costs exceeding €20 are covered by the customer.
